The Group Health Inland Empire Century supports Safe Kids, Bicycle Alliance of Washington, League of American Bicyclists, and Adventure Cycling Association.

Helmets Required

All riders must wear an ANSI, Snell or CPSC-approved bicycling helmet while riding the Inland Empire Century.

Preregistration (online or paper) will enhance your chance of getting an IEC commemorative Polar (tm) insulated water bottle.

Your registration includes water bottle (register by April 18), snacks, water, ride map, and sag support (minor repairs, cell phone contact). All routes will be clearly marked with "Dan Henry" arrows.

Remember to bring your patch kit and tire pump. Be prepared for cool or hot weather. Have layered clothing for cool weather, extra water and sunscreen for hot weather.

You may pre-register by completing the form online. Or you can print and complete the application form (PDF file, 80 kb). Sign the waiver on the form and mail the application with your registration fee to:
